I have so much trouble sleeping at night. It's been a lifelong problem. I'm 28 and remember having trouble for at least 20 years. I'm also a sleepwalker. I can't get doctor's to prescribe me sleeping pills because they make people sleepwalk. I've tried lavender linen spray. I've also tried other drugs, like anti depressants and anti anxiety to help, but none work. Any body have other suggestions?

i have a very busy life and used to never get a decent sleep. take a 1/2 gravol. you can get this at any pharmacy. buy the no-name brand because they are easy to bsleepwalkers pillsreak in half. my mom, my sister, my aunt and i take 1/2 gravol about 20minutes before we go to sleep. it knocks me out, i have a great sleep but im also able to get up in case my kids need me in the middle of the night. its safe, no side effects and you wake up normally.
you might be sleeping with your mouth closed. Sleep with your mouth a open (not wide open just open) see if you sleep better. If it works email me ill tell you where i got this from
