I have a linksys router but lost the disc and when I got my computer fixed the program was erased, so does anyone know where I can find a download so I can get my router running again.Cuz without the disc I can't make it wireless. Please helplinksys download if you can thanx :)
hey there. you actually dont need the disc for anything. the router has a built-in configuration page. go to your web browser (with your computer connected with a cable), go into the address bar and type in http://192.168.1.1, then hlinksys downloadit enter (or return on a mac). it will ask you for a password, try all the basic stuff like admin, password, or admin, admin (for user and password respectively). this will log you into the router and you can make changes, etc.
