I'm required to use Internet Explorer for one of my classes and the dull look of the favorites toolbar is irking me.
Yes I'm aware there is an IE tab for Google Chrome, and even after the update IE 9 is not considered the BEST or FASTEST browser out there.
I just want to know if I can internet explorer themesadd a theme to IE 9 and if so how.
No, this is where IE is behind in the browser wars. Currently IE9 isn't themeable. Alternatively, if you are computer savvy enough, you can download a program called ResoureHacker and theme it yourself. Yeah, the name sounds bad, but it is just a simple pinternet explorer themesrogram to edit the .exe files of applications. It is very time consuming as well because you have to edit each element of IE individually.
But this route will require some type of graphics editing tool as well.
Nope no themes for IE9.
